RV PARK Policies

CANCELLATION POLICY: If for any reason you wish to cancel your reservation, you must email us at dukesslickrockcampground@gmail.com at least 24 hours prior to your arrival date. ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE VIA EMAIL. Any cancellation made at least 24 hours prior to arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made on the date of arrival will be charged 100% of one night's stay and no refund will be issued. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for processing refunds. ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE VIA EMAIL. 

CHECKING IN/OUT: Check-ins Start at 3:00pm of Cabins and 12:00pm for campground guests. check out is 11:00am for all guests.  due to the busyness of the season we are unable to accommodate late check outs for cabins or RVs.

PET POLICY: Dogs are welcome in the RV & Tent Camping Areas only. The safety of your pet and others is our top priority, so we kindly ask that you keep your pets on a leash whenever they are outside of your RV or Tent. Additionally, there is a $25 per pet per night fee to support the maintenance and cleanliness of our campground facilities.

SMOKING/PET FEE: we do not allow smoking or pets in any of our cabins. guests who choose to smoke or bring pets in the cabins will incur a 250.00 cleaning charge.
