As per the Utah Indoor Clean Air Act (UICAA) smoking and electronic cigarette use in all enclosed indoor places of public access, prohibits smoking and vaping within 25 feet of any entranceway, exit, open window, or air intake of a building where smoking is prohibited. Anyone caught in violation will be charged a minimum of $250.00 per incident.
NO PETS ALLOWED. In an effort to preserve the cleanliness of our business pets are not permitted within our motel at any time. Anyone caught in violation will be charged a minimum of $150.00 per incident.
Cancellation Policy. all cancellation must be made 24 hours prior to arrival date. to do so you will need email us at Whipseringsands@Hanksville.com stating your cancellation request. any cancellation made 24 hours prior to arrival date will receive a 90% refund, 10% is kept for online booking processing fees. Any reservation or no-shows will be charged 100% of their first nights stay and no refund will be issued. please allow 2-3 weeks for refunds to be processed
3RD PARTY CANCELLATION if you've booked through a 3rd party such as Trip Advisor or Kayak please contact their customer support to cancel your reservation. we are unable process refunds for reservations made through these sites.
